Re-engagement-2-Education

The gradual re-engagement is designed to help students regain confidence, to engage with education, in our relax learning environment students learn to rebuild trust in professionals. Students will be evaluated regularly, and planned progression to either return to mainstream education, progress onto E2A’s full academic programme, prepare for the upcoming academic year, or further education.
E2A Re-engagement-2-Education Programme offers the following:
- Students on the programme, can have access to a mentor if the student engages.
- Students will be assessed to determine gaps in their knowledge and skills, steps will be put in place to ensure progression.
- Students would attend Maths, English, tutorials, Personal Development lessons with possible optional courses if spaces are available.
- Students who seem to achieve or seems to be progressing will have options to be entered for Functional Skills Exams (additional cost for exams).
- Students will have an opportunity and access to career development programmes (year 10 & 11 Students).
- Students will have sessions to prepare for further education or career plans (year 10 & 11 Students).
E2A can usually offer a placement for students on the Re-engagement-2-Education to start within 1 to 2 weeks after being accepted.
